TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER/DUE DILIGENCE
Mr. Walker advises and assists his clients in acquisitions, licensing and sales of intellectual property. He has extensive experience in drafting agreements with third parties, negotiating the terms thereof, interpreting the terms of existing agreements, and evaluating the intellectual property rights in question.
He is also experienced in providing clients with due diligence. He is asked to evaluate patent positions on technology. He works closely with clients to identify and address issues that arise during due diligence expediently and effectively.
